Drahotěšice is a village and municipality (obec) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.14 square kilometres (2.76 sq mi), and has a population of 246 (as at 31 December 2007).
Drahotěšice lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) north of České Budějovice and 108 km (67 mi) south of Prague.
