Záboří is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.85 square kilometres (2.64 sq mi), and has a population of 329 (as at 2 October 2006).
Záboří lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north-west of Strakonice, 66 km (41 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 90 km (56 mi) south-west of Prague.
