Televisión Tabasqueña (TVT) is a public television network serving the Mexican state of Tabasco on three broadcast transmitters.[1] TVT programming primarily consists of cultural and educational content.
All three of the stations in this network were commercial concessions operating under the concessionaire Televisión Tabasqueña, S.A. de C.V. The three stations in TVT make up half of the six public stations operating under concessions instead of permits. In December 2015, the IFT allowed Televisión Tabasqueña to convert its concessions from commercial to public as part of renewing them.[2]
