Strzyżowice [stʂɨʐɔˈvʲit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Psary, within Będzin County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) west of Psary, 7 km (4 mi) north-west of Będzin, and 17 km (11 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice.
The village has a population of 1,700.
Strzyzowice is one of the nicest places in Silesia area, and is transformed from a village into a place that looks like the bedroom of Katowice, having pretty houses, gardens and fine surroundings.
