"Stay Young is a track written by Benny Gallagher and Graham Lyle, from the 1975 Gallagher & Lyle album, "Breakaway". In the United States "Stay Young" was covered by Don Williams late in 1983 and it was his fifteenth number one country hit. The single went to number one for one week and spent a total of twelve weeks on the country chart.[1]
