Saul, Gloucestershire
Saul is a village in Gloucestershire, England. It is in the parish of Fretherne with Saul in the district of Stroud.[1]
Saul Junction
The village is the junction of the Stroudwater Navigation and the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal.[2]
Notable residents
- William John Westwood (1925–1999), the 36th Anglican Bishop of Peterborough, was born in Saul.
