Pergine Valsugana (German: Fersen im Suganertal, Pèrzen in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 9 kilometres (6 mi) east of Trento. As of 31 December 2010, it had a population of 20,474 and an area of 54.4 square kilometres (21.0 sq mi).[1]
