Reverend and the Makers: Live in the UK is a live concert album from band Reverend and the Makers which was recorded and released during 2009 during their tour. It is taken from a concert in Sheffield at the Academy, the band's hometown, which took place on 24 October. The album was released days later on the Concert Live website.
Recording and release
The album was recorded at the Sheffield Academy by Concert Live and was produced and released in hours after the concert. The album was available to download and purchase over the internet, not in shops, and this proved to be a hit with the band's fans. The album was also released with a free copy of A French Kiss in the Chaos, the band's second album, all for £20.[1]
The album is a real collectors item, with only a limited number being produced.
