Radomicko [radɔˈmit͡skɔ] (German: Radenickel) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Maszewo, within Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Maszewo, 13 km (8 mi) north-west of Krosno Odrzańskie, 42 km (26 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra, and 72 km (45 mi) south of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration by the Potsdam Agreement under territorial changes demanded by the Soviet Union. Most Germans fled or were expelled and were replaced with Poles expelled from the Polish areas annexed by the Soviet Union.
