Medový Újezd is a village and municipality (obec) in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 13.3 square kilometres (5.1 sq mi), and has a population of 205 (as at 28 August 2006).
Medový Újezd lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Rokycany, 26 km (16 mi) east of Plzeň, and 63 km (39 mi) south-west of Prague.
