Le Pallet is a commune in the Loire-Atlantique département in western France.
It lies on the Sèvre Nantaise river.
Notable people
Le Pallet is notable as the birthplace of Peter Abelard (1079–1142), the medieval scholastic philosopher, theologian and preeminent logician. Abelard is best known for the story of his affair with and love for his student Héloïse.[1]
