Kemaluddin Hossain was a jurist,[1] who is former chief justice of Bangladesh (1 February 1978 to 11 April 1982) and former chairman of Bangladesh Law Commission.[2] He was born in Kolkata and Migrated to East Pakistan (present Bangladesh) after the 1950 religious riots in India.[3] He died on 21 August 2013 at the age of 90.[4]
