Gołkowice Dolne [ɡɔu̯kɔˈvit͡sɛ ˈdɔlnɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stary Sącz, within Nowy Sącz County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Stary Sącz, 13 km (8 mi) south-west of Nowy Sącz, and 74 km (46 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kraków.[1]

The village has a population of 890.

The village Gołkowice was first mentioned in 1276. Beginning in 1784, 37 German families were settled here in the course of the Josephine colonization.
