Eta Normae (η Nor) is a star in the constellation Norma. Its apparent magnitude is 4.65. Located between 215 and 223 light-years distant, it is a yellow giant of spectral type G8III that has swollen and cooled off the main sequence.[1] It shines with a luminosity approximately 66 times that of the Sun and has a surface temperature of 5100 K.[3]
