Dry Grove Township is located in McLean County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,572 and it contained 618 housing units.[1]
Dry Grove Township took its name after Dry Grove, an area of forest at a relatively high and dry elevation.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.61 square miles (92.2 km2), of which 35.58 square miles (92.2 km2) (or 99.92%) is land and 0.03 square miles (0.078 km2) (or 0.08%) is water.[1]
