Dobrná is a village and municipality (obec) in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.81 square kilometres (3.40 sq mi), and has a population of 445 (as at 28 August 2006).
Dobrná lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) east of Děčín, 22 km (14 mi) north-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 77 km (48 mi) north of Prague.
