Beyblade Burst (Japanese: ベイブレードバースト Hepburn: Beiburēdo Bāsuto) is a Japanese Manga and toyline created by Hiro Morita, originally based on Takara Tomy's Beyblade franchise. The third incarnation of the series after the Metal Fight saga, the toyline is launched on July 15, 2015 while the original manga was serialized in Shogakukan's Shōnen magazine CoroCoro Comic in August 2015 and is currently compiled into three tankōbon volumes. An anime adaptation by OLM was aired in all TXN stations in Japan on April 4, 2016.[1] Hasbro and Sunrights licensed the anime and toyline in English.[2] It is the first English dub of Takara Tomy's Beyblade franchise that was not licensed by Nelvana.
Plot
The story revolves around Valt Aoi and his classmates as they fight their way through tournaments with their eyes set on the title of "World's #1 Blader"!

Anime
An English dub of the anime premiered on Teletoon in Canada on September 10, 2016[3] and on Disney XD on October 2. The dub will premiere on 9Go! in Australia on December 5, 2016. The dub will premiere on Disney XD in the United States on December 19, 2016.[4]
The opening theme for the series is "Burst Finish!", by Tatsuyuki Kobayashi, while the ending theme is "Believe", by Shiklamen.

Merchandise
Hasbro and Sunrights are launching the toyline outside of Japan. Toys R Us started distributing the toys in Canada in September 2016[6] and Hasbro will distribute the toys in the United States starting January 2017.
