Beat Bobby Flay is an American cooking competition show on the Food Network. It features various chefs competing against Iron Chef Bobby Flay. This show is taped in front of a live audience.
Format
In the first round, guests bring out two contenders who cook against each other using an ingredient chosen by Flay in 20 minutes. The winner of this round then chooses a dish to cook in the second round against Flay. Then they have 45 minutes to make the assigned dish. The winner of the second round is determined by three judges in a blind taste test without telling who cooked the dish.
