Bùi Xá is a commune the district of Đức Thọ District, Hà Tĩnh Province, Vietnam. Local economy is mainly agricultural, rice and sugar production and cattle breeding. The commune has an area of 60.87 square kilometers, population of 4023 inhabitants (as of 2008).
It borders following communes: Đức Nhân and Trung Lễ to the east and south, to the south it borders Đức Lâm and Đức Long, Đức Yên to the west. It includes villages:Thượng Tứ, Triều Đông, Hạ Tứ
