Zhang Xueming (1908 - April 9, 1983) was the mayor of Tianjin.
Biography
Zhang Xueming is the second son of Chang Tso-lin, Zhang's brother same mother, the same as the first wife Zhao Chang Tso-lin born. In 1928 the Japanese army infantry school, returning in 1929, worked for the Northeast Army. October 1930 Central Plains War, with the support of Chiang Kai-shek Zhang entry, after KMT elder Wu Tiecheng recommend, as police chief in Tianjin. April 1931 the mayor and police chief in any of Tianjin. November 9, 1931 and November 26 in Japan operated by two crushing Tianjin undercover team riots. After "under protest" Japanese Minister to China's so-called Nanjing government compromise and concessions, forcing the resignation of Zhang Xueming study abroad.
