Zachary Sheridan Neal (born November 9, 1988)[1] is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Oakland Athletics of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Career
Neal played college baseball at Sam Houston State University, Howard College and the University of Oklahoma. He was drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 17th round of the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft. In 2013 he signed a minor league deal with the Oakland Athletics.[2]
Neal was called up to the majors for the first time on May 11, 2016.[3]
