Yuri Alexandrovich Nikolaev (Russian: Юрий Александрович Николаев; born December 16, 1948, Chisinau) was a Soviet and Russian TV and radio host, actor.[1] People's Artist of Russia (1998).[2] Since 2007 - Member of the Academy of Russian Television.[2] May 9, 2007 Presidential Decree awarded the Order of Friendship).[2] Order of Honour (January 14, 2014) - for his great contribution in the development of national television, radio, print and many years of fruitful activity.[3]
Evening of June 2, 1978 read Soviet television program guide in a state of intoxication. Despite the prospect of the most severe consequences for Nikolayev, head of the Radio and Television of the USSR Sergey Lapin decided to severely punish, but to leave the television.[4]
