Yovon (Tajik: Ёвон / Persian: یاوان‎‎) is a town in Tajikistan located in the Khatlon province.[3] In 2000, the town had an estimated population of 20,000.[2] It is approximately 30 kilometres (20 mi) southeast of Dushanbe.
