Yellow #5 is the fifth album by Mustard Plug. It was named after the ingredient of malt liquor-energy drinks such as sparks, tilt, and core. In 2002 the band split up after having played together since 1991, with vocalist Dave Kirchgessner having said ″The plug will no longer continue.″ At the time, it was the band's final album. However, the band reformed in 2007 and has recorded a new album In Black and White, and are still currently touring.
