X-Men Classics (action figure)

X-Men Classics is the name of two different series of 6-inch X-Men action figures by Toy Biz.
The first line was released in 2004 and consisted of comic accurate sculpts and paint applications. The line went on hiatus after 1 wave.
The line was revamped in 2005 and lasted 3 waves. It featured several new sculpts of both completely original costumes and previously unproduced costumes with repaints of existing figures scattered throughout.
The revamped line also featured 4 new vehicles and a repainted Sentinel from Toy Biz's 1990s 5-inch X-Men line.
Series 1 (2004)
- Archangel (Missile-firing wings)
- Cyclops (Jim Lee-Era costume, light-up visor)
- Gambit (Light-up eyes and disk shooter)
- Wolverine ("New" X-Men costume) with wild Sentinel accessory
- Wolverine (Tiger Stripe)
- This line was originally going to include Pyro at some point, but the line was cancelled before that figure, and whatever others, could be released. Pyro would later be released in Marvel Legends Series XIII.
Series 2 (2005)
- Archangel (Recolored mold from the 2004 Series, missile-firing wings)
- Gambit (Recolored mold from the 2004 Series, light-up eyes and disk shooter)
- Magneto (Light-up backpack)
- Ninja Strike Wolverine
- Ruby Quartz Armor Cyclops (Light-up visor and missile-firing cannon)
- Stealth Beast
- Stealth Beast (Cat-faced variant)
- Stealth Wolverine
- Storm (White recolor of the Marvel Legends Series VIII Storm)
Series 3 (2005)
- Air Strike Wolverine (House of M continuity SHIELD costume, with jet-pack)
- Bird of Prey Angel
- Juggernaut (with Pound 'n Punch action)
- Stealth Cyclops (light-up visor and cannon)
- Tech Gear Beast
Series 4 (2005)
- Avalanche (With vibrating rockslide base)
- Colossus (Retooled and recolored from Marvel Legends Series V)
- Iceman (with rolling iceslide)
- Iceman (Ultimate version, Variant, with rolling iceslide)
- Iceman (Bobby Drake, Variant, with rolling iceslide)
- Phoenix (with flame display base) - (very rare - only 3 made)
- Rogue (X-Treme X-Men version, with short hair and jacket)
- Rogue (variant with long hair and no jacket)
- Ultimate Nightcrawler (Light-up eyes and mouth, includes 2 swords)
- Ultimate Sabretooth (slashing action, interchangeable hands)
Vehicles
Each vehicle came with a 6-inch fully articulated figure.
- X-Treme Mutant Cycle (included Cyclops)
- X-Treme Mutant Cycle (included Wolverine)
- Mutant Racer (included a recolored and retooled Marvel Legends Series III "unmasked" variant Wolverine)
- X-Men X-Jet (repaint of the X-Jet toy from the first X-Men movie, included an Astonishing X-Men Wolverine which was a recolored and retooled Tiger Stripe Wolverine from the 2004 Series)
- 12-Inch Sentinel
- 14-Inch Sentinel play set (redeco of the 1992 Sentinel play set from X-Men: The Animated Series)
- This line was slated to include a Jean Grey Phoenix figure but the figure was cancelled for unknown reasons.
