Wilfred "Wilf" Adams (birth registered April→June 1934[1] — circa-2001 (aged 66–67)
) born in Pontefract district, was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1950s and '60s, playing at club level for Streethouse Intermediates, and Wakefield Trinity (Heritage #609), as a Prop, i.e. number 8 or 10, during the era of contested scrums, he died circa-2001 in his sleep while at home in Wakefield.

Wilf Adams played Left-Prop, i.e. number 8, in Wakefield Trinity's 20-14 defeat by Leeds in the 1958 Yorkshire Cup final during the 1958–59 season at Odsal Stadium, Bradford on Saturday 18 October 1958.
