Typically a website overseer can be compared to a Construction foreman. The website overseer has wide experience in all aspects of web design, building, as a Website content writer, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including Pay per Click (PPC), Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization.
