Wang Zhongcheng

This is a Chinese name; the family name is Wang.

Wang Zhongcheng (Chinese: 王忠诚; December 20, 1925 – September 30, 2012) was the director of the Beijing Neurosurgical Institute and Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering who was awarded the 2008 State Preeminent Science and Technology Award. He was born in Shandong Province, China.[1]
