Walter Kubisch (7 September 1918 – 6 October 1944) was a Luftwaffe wireless radio operator of World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross (German: Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes). The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Kubisch was Helmut Lent's long-time radar and radio operator and had participated in 80 of Lent's 102 night fighter victories.
