Villanova Marchesana is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rovigo in the Italian region Veneto, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Venice and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southeast of Rovigo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,109 and an area of 18.2 square kilometres (7.0 sq mi).[1]
