ViKtor Vladimirovich Saltykov (Russian: Ви́ктор Влади́мирович Салтыко́в; born November 22, 1957, Leningrad) is a Soviet and Russian singer. It is known as a solo artist and as a participant (soloist) groups "Manufactory", "Forum" and "Electroclub".
Biography
In 1977-1979 he served in the Soviet Army, he served in the German Democratic Republic (Group of Soviet Forces in Germany), was a signalman. During the service, he played and sang in an army band.
After the army entered the Petersburg State Transport University, graduating in 1985 with a degree in "electrical engineer".
In 1983, Viktor made a part of the rock band "Manufactory" in the first Leningrad Rock Festival and won the Grand Prix of the festival as the best singer.[1] He moved to the "Forum" group in 1984. It is with the "Forum" Viktor played his most famous songs (White Night, You marry him do not go, Uleteli listya). In 1987, Viktor went to work in the "Electroclub" group.
Since 1990, Saltykov engaged in solo career. During his solo career, he released 4 albums (not counting reprints of old songs in various compilations).
