Viga Tech UAVs
Observer and Developer UAVs are Chinese micro air vehicles (MAV) developed by Beijing Co., Ltd. Viga Hangtong Technology Co., Ltd. (Viga Tech, 北京韦加航通科技有限公司), and has been deployed by various local Chinese law and governmental agencies/establishments.
Developer I
Developer (Kai-Tuo-Zhe or Kaituozhe, 开拓者) I MAV is a twin-boom design with inverted v-tail, and powered by a two-blade propeller driven by a pusher engine. Specification:[1]

Explorer I
Explorer (Tan-Suo-Zhe or Tansuozhe, 探索者) is a fixed wing UAV in conventional layout with high wing configuration and tricycle landing gear. Propulsion is provided by a two-blade propeller driven tractor engine mounted in the nose. Specification:[2]

Observer III
Observer (Liao-Wang-Zhe, or Liaowangzhe, 瞭望者) III MAV adopts a delta wing design with winglets, and propulsion is provided by a two-blade propeller in tractor configuration. GPS provide accurate navigation up to ±10 m. Specifications:[3]
