Vattaro is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 11 kilometres (7 mi) southeast of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,111 and an area of 8.3 square kilometres (3.2 sq mi).[1]
Vattaro borders the following municipalities: Bosentino, Calceranica al Lago, Centa San Nicolò and Besenello.
