Vanessa Pinheiro, born 1980, is a Brazilian singer and songwriter from Brasília. Pinheiro has released two solo albums, both produced by world-renowned jazz bass player Arthur Maia. Her music is influenced by MPB and Bossa nova. [1]
Pinheiro was also featured on the compilation album The Chico Buarque Experience, where singers from Brazil sing English translations of songs by Chico Buarque, alongside Jorge Vercillo and Zé Renato.
