United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund
The United Nations Joint Staff Fund (UNJSPF) is a fund that provides UN pension, death, disability and the other related benefits for staff of the United Nations and the other organizations admitted to membership in the Fund.
The UNJSPF was established in by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in 1949 and it is serving serving 23 member organizations, with 121,138 active participants and 63,830 beneficiaries. On 31 December 2010, the value of the assets of the UNJSPF stood at 41.4 billion US dollars.[1]
