↑ The second team of FC Dynamo Kyiv cannot be promoted as the club already has a representation in the Vyscha Liha.
↑ FC Torpedo Zaporizhia filed for bankruptcy at the end of the season and therefore could not be promoted.
↑ FC Cherkasy was offered to play a play-off game with the second worst team of Vyscha Liha, FC Prykarpattia Ivano-Frankivsk, because of Torpedo's bankruptcy and placing only the fourth place.
↑ In the first half played as FC Nyva Vinnytsia.
↑ The club moved to Sumy from Krasnopillya.
