The company specialises in personally tailored holidays and business travel, and has over 1,400 travel agents globally, running their own home-based franchise,[1] in the United Kingdom, Ireland, The Netherlands, Belgium, South Africa, Australia and the UAE.[2]

In 2015 the company announced it was moving headquarters from Bolton to Manchester.[4]
