Toshio Yamanaka
Toshio Yamanaka (山中 俊夫 Yamanaka Toshio) (-‡2002 to 2005[1]) served as the ambassador of Japan to Finland between 1968 and 1972.[2]
Yamanaka was awarded the Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.
