Tokugawa Yoshinori (徳川 義宜, July 4, 1858 – November 24, 1875) was a Japanese daimyo of the late Edo period, who ruled the Owari Domain. He was the third son of Tokugawa Yoshikatsu, who was the 14th lord of Owari.
