The Tinius Trust is the Norwegian trust fund controlling the majority (26,1%) of the shares in Schibsted Media Group through the company Blommenholm Industrier. The trust was established by Tinius Nagell-Erichsen to ensure the long term ownership of Schibsted. It publishes an annual debate publication that covers the changes in the media industry and hosts an annual seminar.
