Lieutenant General Thomas Farrington (1664 - 7 October 1712) was a British Army officer who raised the 29th (Worcestershire) Regiment of Foot.
Military career
Farrington was commissioned into the 2nd Regiment of Footguards December 1688.[1] He raised the 29th (Worcestershire) Regiment of Foot in 1694 and went on to serve as Member of Parliament for Malmesbury from 1705 to 1713.[1] He was later promoted to major-general.[2]
