Rufford Comprehensive School (later just The Rufford School) was a secondary school in the village of Edwinstowe in Nottinghamshire, England which opened its doors in September 1976 and closed in 2003.
In August 1984, during the Miner's Strike, a group of pupils represented Nottinghamshire by performing a Dance piece on the Edinburgh festival fringe, entitled "Bursting at the Seams". It was very positively reviewed in The Scotsman newspaper.
