The Park Is Mine, is a 1985 television film directed by Steven Hilliard Stern, starring Tommy Lee Jones as a Vietnam War veteran. Mitch (Jones) takes control of Central Park in New York City, in what some would call an act of domestic terrorism and what others might call anti-establishment, to honor those who died and served in the Vietnam War and draw attention to veterans' issues. The film is based on the 1981 novel of the same name (ISBN 978-0385159531) by Stephen Peters.
