Tour dates
The tour itself encountered a number of problems with the release of tickets which caused many dates to be postponed, and moved to dates months ahead from their intended performances.[5] The postponement of various dates of the tour was reported due to commitments with his second album and a reported rife between Barlow and RCA at the time.[6]
Reception
The tour itself was received well by critics, who described Barlow as 'one of the best all-round live shows of 1998' and paid tribute to how he 'appeared entirely at home as the man in the spotlight, demonstrating a humble and wholly likable stage persona during the 90-minute show which clearly illustrated his immense musical talents, encompassing soul, pop and rock roots with a tinkling of jazz thrown in for good measure.'[7]
