The Sunnyside Mall is a 311,000 square foot Canadian shopping mall in Bedford, Nova Scotia.[1] The mall is home to the largest indoor market in the Maritimes, Pete's Frootique.
Sunnyside Mall is well known for its Fresh Foods, previously before Sunnyside Mall was a Zellers Department Store and was located in the Market Area of Sunnyside Mall, Zellers had opened in 1972 and in 1996, they had begun constructing the Market Area of Sunnyside Mall.

Former anchors
- Zellers opened 1972 until 1996 it moved into the old Towers/The Bay location at Bedford Place. Zellers location became the Marketside area.[2]
- Canadian Tire opened in 1963 until it closed in 2010.[2]

- Nubody's Opened in 1997 until May 31, 2012 as Goodlife which replaced this gym In August 2010.[2]
