Sugao Kambe (神戸 清雄 Kambe Sugao, born August 2, 1961) is a former Japanese football player and manager. He is manager for Chiangmai. He had stints as national coach of the Philippines, Guam and Northern Mariana Islands national teams.
As a player, he played for Shizuoka High School, Waseda University and Honda FC. He represented Japan in the 1989 FIFA Futsal World Championship finals hosted by the Netherlands.
Kambe became the head coach of JEF United Chiba in October, 2011.
