Stord Municipality
Stord Municipality (Norwegian: Stord kommune) is the local government for Stord, Norway. It is led by a 35-member municipal council led by Mayor Liv Kari Eskeland of the Conservative Party.[1] Among the municipality's responsibilities, it the operation of eleven primary and three lower secondary school.[2] It owns 79% of Stord Airport, Sørstokken.[3]
