State Route 146 is a seven-mile (11 km) long route in Jackson County in the northeastern part of the state. The western terminus of the route is at its junction with State Route 65 at Swaim, an unincorporated community in northwestern Jackson County. The eastern terminus of the route is at its junction with State Route 79 between Skyline and Hytop.
Route description
State Route 146 is routed along a two-lane road in its entirety. It serves as to connect the northwestern part of Jackson County with State Route 79 and lead motorists towards Scottsboro, the county seat.
