Starr Restaurant Organization
The Starr Restaurant Organization is a group of 33 restaurants in Philadelphia, New York City, Atlantic City, Washington D.C. and South Florida. The organization is headed by founder Stephen Starr. Starr's catering operation, Starr Events, was sold to TrustHouse Services in August 2015 for $40 million.[1]
