Stade Abdelkader Khalef is stadium that is being constructed in Tizi Ouzou, Algeria. It will mainly host football matches and will be the home of JS Kabylie. It will have a capacity of 50,000 spectators.[1] It replaces Stade 1er Novembre.

This stadium will accommodate up to 50,000 spectators. It was named in honor of the deceased Abdelkader Khalef who almost devoted his life to the JS Kabylie. It will be built by the consortium composed of the group Spanish Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas and Algerian group ETRHB Haddad. The JS Kabylie managed to have the construction of promise this stage from the Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, right after the third CAF Cup that they have managed to win. Work officially started May 15, 2010. [2]
